Pita Central is a family-owned restaurant rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Greece. Founded by Yiannis Gargalietos and his father, John, Pita Central was born out of a shared passion for authentic Greek cuisine and a longing for the flavors of home.

Originally from Greece, John and his family moved to Denver, Colorado, where they embarked on a mission to bring the taste of Greece to their new community.

Pita Central is a father and son venture, with John Gargalietos leading the way alongside his son, Yiannis. John, originally from Greece, brings with him a lifetime of culinary expertise and a deep-rooted love for Greek cuisine. His dedication to preserving traditional recipes and flavors is unmatched. Yiannis, a fourth-generation Denver native, shares his father's passion for food and hospitality. Achievements and Milestones

Before Pita Central, the Gargalietos family owned and operated Senor Zorbas, a highly acclaimed restaurant in the picturesque island of Santorini, Greece. Established in 1994, Senor Zorbas quickly became a beloved destination for locals and tourists alike, renowned for its exquisite Greek cuisine and breathtaking views. Their success at Senor Zorbas serves as a testament to their culinary prowess and unwavering commitment to excellence.
